        Trying to open a bank account for my son,told to do it online but still need to go into branch with proof of ID, very difficult to do seeing as there opening hours are the same as school hours and they dont work weekends.Not helpful at all

        Great to have a small out of town branch, it's much more relaxed than the fuss of going into the town centre. They have a quick cash paying in machine within the branch which is simple to use. Two cash machines outside on the main road. Staff have always been very helpful and happy to help with any problems you've having. Good advice on mortgages and investments best to book an appointment. Many thanks for years of service. David
