This bank has no empthany on dealing with bereaved families no idea after giving them all necessary documents we were passed on to the bereavement team who are even worse bad management we found staff to be aragont and rude you should not have to send documents three times staff could do with being trained properly

What kind of a bank is shut on a Saturday morning

Came in to cash a business banking Cheque. Staff were SO friendly, we were seen straight away and sorted within 10 minutes. Ive never been to a bank with such a friendly atmosphere!
