I booked an appointment to apply for additional products, I asked and confirmed all the required documents that I would need over the phone, I took a cab there on the appointment date with all the documents and I was told I would need something else, and apologies that the person I spoke to misinformed me. I asked to go home and return with the missing document on the same day, youd think theyll be more accommodating since the missing requirement was caused by their misinformation, and especially because I called beforehand to ensure I had all the necessary documents. Nope. I was told I would have to book another appointment for another day just to drop that one document in. Spend additional resources (time, money, energy) for their own misinformation. No scanned copies accepted! In 2022! The Biggest Thumbs Down!
