staff are a joke wouldn't accept my cash had to go to the town branch who accepted it no problem

I wanted pound coins to be told they didn't have any. However they miraculously found some when I pointed out that I was in a bank !

This is the worst bank on the planet

Travelled to branch today only to find out that the only teller position is closed on a Tuesday. What a pointless branch.

People are friendly good service

long queue had important stuff to deal with but had to leave after waiting 25 minutes, terrible place lack of staff

Not helpful one girl very rude I'm 75 and asked for help never got it
