takes so long to get someone on the "fast" phone banking number .you wait nearly 30 an hour to get an agent on the line

Design Vortex
One of the worst experiences for an student to go through. I highly recommend not to go for this. I had to visit the bank 7 times just to open the account. The wait time is long and too much hassle. It has lot of restrictions and wouldn't ask anyone to go through that pain

Called for a new account On hold for 35 minutes Then was answered and told to wait till they checked for the account I wanted Waited 15 more minutes then hung up Looks like they don't want my custom
