Not helpful one girl very rude I'm 75 and asked for help never got it

Customer service is awful, woman who served my 72 year old mother was very rude, shocking will be taking this further.

Lady staff on the desk beside the entrance needs better understanding with customer. As a business customer went in 3rd December, 11am to deposit cash , bank wasnt busy but greeted by a lady at door . She told cash deposit machine was broken, its understandable but why they arent interested fixing it? Then told i could deposit money outside ATM using envelope and i said ok but i said dont have envelope brought with me , lady went back in and sat on her desk but never came back with envelopes so i could put money in. She also asked me to wait outside the main door when it was raining even though i was keeping over 3 mtr distance from a customer infront of me. It was kind of disrespect. I waited 2 minutes hoping she would come with envelope but didnt so i left the branch. As a shopkeeper we will not have all day separated just for banking. Service needs to be made quicker, its covid crisis which is understandable but you can see how other bank are doing their service faster. Before this last week, took an hour to transfer my funds , why tsb doesnt increase the limits for online user to do this.? I wish I shouldnt have switched my banking to you. RBS was better.
