Had to take a day off work to go into town to go to the branch, as it's not open on Saturday mornings like every other bank. There was only one ATM open inside and the single counter is closed on Tuesdays for some unknown reason!
It took me some time to deposit the money into the ATM as numerous notes were rejected. I will be changing bank as soon as is feasible for me.
