Long high street with usual array of shops cafes and pubs. A few empty but not enough to put you off. Larger supermarkets on outer areas.

This station has no ticket barriers and no disabled access either. Its a quiet station and very basic with trains going towards Clapham Junction and Highbury & Islington.
