Larkhall train station is at the end of the Argyle Line and has a regular half hour service to Milngavie from Monday-Saturday and a hourly service to Balloch on Sundays. The station is not manned but does have a ticket machine, departure boards/screens and a big car park. It is overall a very good train station but it could be improved if they could build a ticket/information area and just generally keep the station in good condition. EDIT: Trains now travel to Dalmuir for most of the day until 7pm where they go to Milngaive as well as Garascadden
