Nice palace

Mainly friendy people live here feel safe and enjoy living on the Island although the tides can and do spoil things from time to time. But it's a minor inconvenience

Shocking, don't care

Great area, houses good size. Quiet. Streets narrow.

Staff talk to you like absolute rubbish try to belittle you and also do not listen to complaints I wouldn't recommend anyone living at impact.

Too many back biting, thieving peasants. Also, the Council have consistently neglected the place..., leaking roofs, tatty furniture & very poor maintenance
