        Hopeless, no service, no one answers calls or even reads complaints. Should be inspected by ofsted. Actively allowing for illegal works. Wont be happy until someone is hurt or worse - so incompetent !

        An absolute embarrassment to social housing. Extortionate rents with added on service charges. Lazy incompetent telephone staff and even more lazy and incompetent repair men. Trip hazards broken, security doors and a total lack of interest in any complaint about anything. I'm writing to the housing omnibus man and my M.P because really needs to be done about this company
