        Staff talk to you like absolute rubbish try to belittle you and also do not listen to complaints I wouldn't recommend anyone living at impact.

        this building is not a nice place to live as the staff bully the tenants they do not support you when you need it they dont do repairs. they only want money it is a scam. dont move there
