I am ashamed to say I live here. The property is in total disrepair, and dirty The carpets throughout are stained and paint is peeling.The wallpaper in the Link is brown and peeling off of the walls. On many occasions feases in the halls and in the Laundry room. All very unsanitary. The gardener's, just cut the grass and blow debris everywhere. The bushes on one side are kept neat and tidy. But where only the residents see are overgrown and untidy. The window cleaner leaves the windows in a worse state than before they came!!!!!!!!!!

Appalling accomodation for elerly residents. Properties are given to residents in an appaling state. Kitchens not big eneough for essential items, nicotene from previous tenenat seeping through the paint slapped on the walls before my mother moved in. Patchy to say the least. We visited and had to clean human feaces out of the shared laundry!!!!! No maintenance of rear garden in the whole 2 nearly 3 years shes been there!!!! Velux windows never cleaned in nearly 3 years.....the list goes on!!!! Disgraceful, falls well below standards
