livesmart new management are definately trying to promote a culture of fairness , which is refreshing compared to the old culture. However nastiness by a resident persist( JEAN )JODE no1 Highfirldss,with uncalled for, unprovoked comnents . SHe, who said I deserved a oscar, when I have genuine leg problems, should be ashamed of her conduct. She should establish the facts, before being engaging her mouth. She is to be pitied for her sad behaviour. SHe needs to get a life, and mind her own business. Thinks she runs he place with her two " friends".

Unfortunately bullying is prevalent,with three tenants dominating,and not letting others enjoy the communusl facilities as they consider it as alley their space. We all pay a service charge for use of facilities in mein building. However these individuals cannot seem to comprehend this. Once one bullies,others follow,without getting to know person.. I contributed to tea fund,their filling the giant caddy,yet the main bully diberstrly excludes me from joining in. Resident involvement is only offered to the dominsnt tenants,do is not truly representative of all residents and diversity. It is no longer sheltered housing,and is csller retirement housing. The core group are no longer the older person.Whrnnitcwas predominantly older people,people were kind. Therecwas none of this ring of three thinking they run the main building. The companies workmen even commented that there are s group of tenants who think they run the mein building -so it has not gone unnoticed!. One would hope Clarion/Centra would want to make sure all are enabled to use and enjoy the facilities without intimidation and bulkyinying.

The place was in need of knocking down. The flat I looked in with a friend was far too small and depressing.
