MH was a lovely place to work. All of staff and residents were like one big family. It was a heart breaking time to see the residents leave and the company close

Care home is good. But a bad care home to be worked there. The staffs are not cooperative and no proper guidance.

The home and staff there are very supportive and organised, worked there as an agency and now considering joining there as a bank staff. I loved working there.

Customer service here is awful! All staff are miserable I would not recommend this place at all!!

They helped me a lot when I lived there! I learnt a lot and gained experience from both staff and residents. Regent road was supported and secure.

The staff are amazing and work really hard to deliver excellent care to the residents. Everyone works as a team and are very caring and compassionate.

A few of my friends have lived here, and comfortablely too. The major issues, if any are problems with maintenence.
