Scotia Heights Complex Needs Care Home - Exemplar Health Care

The home and staff there are very supportive and organised, worked there as an agency and now considering joining there as a bank staff. I loved working there.

The care home is a very nice one, all the staffs are polite and kind. All the staff are caring but there is this one staff Janice from the laundry she is the reason for one star, she is rude to care staff and to others, I have seen it with my own eyes while doing maintenance there. People like janice bring disgrace to place like this and to other good staffs.

My nan has moved in here just before Christmas i can not believe how much better she is she has settled very well in here the staff are lovely nothing is to much to ask for having worked in care myself i can see she is being very well looked after i would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff you all go far and beyond to make your residents well and truly happy keep up the good work guys your doing an amazing job

Our mum went to Scotia heights beginning of December 2021 from another care home , our mum as mixed dementia, on arrival I could not believe the warm welcome mum received from the wonderful staff all were very professional and still are , our mum is very well settled and well looked after by every staff member , nothing is to much trouble for any member of staff and they all go above and beyond to ensure our mum is well cared for . We as a family are made to feel equally welcome by the staff they all go that extra mile , mum is alot happier now she as got the care she requires . We would most definitely recommend Scotia heights to anyone requiring care for a loved one .
