Honestly wouldn't recommend anywhere else high enough, If you know anyone aged 60+ (55+ if in receipt of of Personal Independence Allowance or Disability Living Allowance).
There is a few flats left, the security is great for anyone abit wary.
But everyone who lives there are so nice and helpful, it's like a little family.
