I have a friend in this place and what I've seen and heard is unreal.
The start talk to him like he is a child, the food looks horrible my 5 year old nice could cook better and it would be warm, the staff don't get people out of bed when they ask they are always say wait a minute until other parents ready, ive never know a life to break down so much in all my life, its not a care home at all as care homes are might to care for their parents and family not just leave them to it.
