Brilliant gym. Wasnt a gym person at all but this gym has completely changed my outlook on fitness. Love all the classes and the staff are very friendly.

More than enough equipment supplied by Steve, the friendly owner. All regulars are very friendly. What is there not to like. It's a must, so try it.
