What a great gym. Super environment, fab equipment and staff who really care. If you need a PT, I would highly Matt, always upbeat and really gets you and your goals and adapts to give you 5* experience. Big shout out to Kate, amazing leadership and step classes

Clean facilities, a bit overcrowded at peak times, not big enough, should enforce customers to apply deodorant at the door.

Great gym overall, one of the best in the area. Decent kit, lots of options of machines, clean and 24/7. Really good value for money. Just lost a star because it could be so much better. As others have mentioned they could do with adding more kit. Doing so would elevate the gym massively. Like a previous poster has mentioned the CrossFit/functional area is very large. It would perhaps be better to use some of that space to house some of the current equipment in order to make room for more stuff. For example the fixed weight barbels and the ab bench could both be put in that area. Which would free up room in the free weights area for additional benches and perhaps a hack squat and even additional rack or other plate loaded equipment. Space is taken up by massive cleaning stations which could easily be affixed to the wall, like they are in the studio. Again opening up space in both the machine weights/ cardio area and free weights for additional machines. The stretch area near the studio is also much too large for its purpose. And again could house extra equipment, or move current equipment into there to create room elsewhere. Finally it would be really useful if the blk box racks had spotter arms. Overall the gym is fantastic but it could be a lot better, it's not fulfilling it's potential.

Worst gym I've ever been to, Tom one of the assistant managers there just walks around with a feather duster and takes his anger out on customers, he also enjoys coming into the male changing rooms and listening to people's conversations and watching them get changed, showers are in terrible condition you'll easily catch a disease if you used them, the whole facility is not maintained properly. Can't speak for other pure gyms but this is easily the worst place I've ever trained at, happily spend my money elsewhere
