Great gym. Rob is an excellent coach - encouraging and demanding in equal measure, and his knowledge and advice is always practical and achievable. His 20 minute "warm-up" is legendary and horrible, but you will feel great afterwards. The gym itself is like a tardis - it looks small but has room for loads of equipment. Loads of boxing gear - including a ring, several heavy bags, aqua bag, speed and reflex bags. Also weight machines, bikes etc. His hour long boxing/condition work-out is my favourite weeknight workout session. My 14 year old loves it too.

By far the best boxing/fitness gym Ive ever been to. Have been going to PT 73 for about a year now consistently and the progression Ive seen is second to none. Definitely wont be stopping anytime soon.

Started my PT sessions here just recently. And after only 4 sessions I am already feeling fitter and stronger. Rob is a great Trainer who really pushes you through the pain barrier. If you are looking to get fit, well also getting a feel for boxing then I cant recommend PT73 highly enough. If he can motivate an out of shape 50 year old then he can get you in shape too.
