        More than just a Gym to a lot of people, rather a community. PT's are dedicated and give 100%. Great classes and a good membership fee. Stick your chain Gym's where the sun don't shine.

        Zestus is a open gym a family gym with boxing and very down to earth. Nigel is dedicated to fitness and letting people be who they are.his sense of humour and attention to detail help people feel comfortable Cheryl is a local women who believes in the community and trying to live life a bit better all have helped me to work hard and respect wot people do for are community a bit better
