        Absolutely fantastic experience. At almost 50 years old Ive never really attended a gym long term, but the team at S&P have persuaded me to attend 3 times a week consistently. Coaches are brilliant, as are the other members , feels like a family. Im getting healthier every week I attend.

        I didn't have a clue what I was supposed to be doing in the gym before joining, been coming a couple of years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else, coaches are helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend
