I have been training at the Body Box Mcr for over a year now and it has literally changed my life. I joined as a reluctant member who needed to make a lifestyle change. I was always intimidated by commercial gyms but from the minute I joined, I was embraced by a fabulous group of likeminded people. Mel encourages you to be the best version of yourself and there is a strong focus on mental health as well as physical. It is a great mix of weights and HIIT that is tailored to everyone's physical ability. I have made friends for life, all ages, shapes and sizes rather than the usual gym bunnies and I could not recommend this gym enough. Joining Body Box is the very best decision I have ever made and I have surprised myself that 16 months later, I am still committed. I would give 6* stars if I could!
