No follow up appointments No input when in hospital on general ward and doctors have no idea who or what they are treating

Was told I couldnt receive any help. This was after an initial assessment where they said I would be suitable for the sessions

Just been to take my mum's emergency prescription. As it states there open until 1pm only to find there closed and it's only 11.25

The new receptionist is a nightmare but the other staff are great

Completed lengthy paperwork a year or so ago if not more. Ive now been asked to complete again.

Appointment system is horrendous. Good luck getting in to see anyone....
