        Just been to take my mum's emergency prescription. As it states there open until 1pm only to find there closed and it's only 11.25

        The service takes a ridiculously long amount of time but there seems to be no urgency to try and improve this. There is no respect for their clients' time.

        I have always found the team here exceptionally helpful. They are often dealing with difficult prescriptions I know some problems are caused within the doctors surgeries missing bits off the orders made. I recommend them and I for one am grateful for all the work they do keeping me alive.

        Absolutely appalling service I've never once collected my prescription on time due to its either closed (for some unknown reason) or they can't hand it over because there is no pharmacist in. Its a chemist why wouldn't they be a pharmacist in? This place needs looking into as it's not fit for purpose

        Totally rubbish never had a prescription ready on due date for over 2 yrs this has to be some kind of record it got that bad I resorted to collecting 2 days after due date and still not ready usual excuse is they need checking this is the saying they use that means it's not been done.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone certainly needs overhauling to bring it up to a properly run Chemist.
