        I am fed up of trying to make an appointment. If you ring there is no one answering the phone. Even when you wait in the queue on the phone by the time it is your turn the phone is still not answered. I have tried going into the surgery but then the computer is not updated. I keep getting texts to say I need an appointment but can't get one. No wonder A and E are run off their feet

        Absolutely shocking staff the ppl behind the desk think there doctors impossible to make a pre oozed appointment stupid excuses of a surgery and underquilifed staff

        Been told to phone gp to get a hearing test for my child only to be told to phone specsavers for one phoned around even spoke to the health visitor who told me to contact my gp but to no avail still been messing around not very useful at all
