        Very unpleasant and rude receptionist. No manners and speaks over the patient. Customer service training would be useful.

        Booked in as an emergency through NHS. Receptionist was polite and efficient, Female Dentist was really kind, professional and resolved my problem on the spot. Could not have asked for better service! Thank you

        Seen the sign when driving pass,for new NHS service so I when I got home I phoned and got told not untill January WHY PUT THE NEW BANNER UP

        I was in a conversation with my friends and they were telling me some horror stories about here. I was due for a appointment today and I had booked today off work and arranged childcare so I decided to ring before setting off for my appointment and ironically she said it's been cancelled and rearranged for April which I knew nothing about. I can't believe how often this happens!?

        After seeing all the negative reviews - i think this place deserves a positive review, sent here from 111 for an emergency appointment - receptionist was excellent, dentist was excellent also the assistant. People are quick to leave negative comments/ not saying there false but people are less likely to leave a positive one. Wouldnt have a problem returning
