Multiple medication errors, prescriptions are NEVER made up and "I've got your meds but we owe you one" is heard all the time.
Utterly inept to the point of Fawlty Towers, every single sad person in the queue is thinking the same thought "please don't mess it up this time".
They've had a "new system" in place for over 6 months and it's still as useless now as on day one.
On the plus side, I visited today during opening hours to find it closed- so although I will have to wait over the weekend for my meds at least I didn't have to deal with Lloyds pharmacy today.
Pros: Great if you're after a discount perfume set for a last minute birthday present.
Cons: Cannot perform the basics of a pharmacy.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here.
