Repeatedly calling before 9am after being asked many times not to. If they can't follow basic instructions I don't see how they can be trusted with anything else.

If you can avoid this agency, I recommend to avoid then. Unprofessional working there. Have so much mistakes they did to fix now, to get money what I worked.
