        Absolutely pathetic place now, expect long slow queues. "Oh but they've got some lovely birthday cards..." which is great if you're retired bacause you can spend half the day looking through them and the other half waiting to pay for it! Give us back the old post office, and the old staff!

        They lost my parcel, she has records of it at their office but it never got to my house. When I asked for help the lady just flicked her hand in may face to go away, and that I needed to take it up with Royal mail. Nothing to do with her, it must be at my house "somewhere". Wouldnt even help with how i "take it up with royal mail", nothing to do with her, they're a different company. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use this post office as it is my local depo, but all I can say is zero customer service and just an apaling way to speak/treat another human being. My friends birthday present is still lost.
