Team seem friendly to help and have had no issues so far. My local post office for me, so will continue to go whenever I need to get something sent.

WOW...the new management here have really shifted this Post Office into a new paradigm of customer service! I came here to get a D1 Driving Licence Renewal Form just after 5 pm, and even though they had already closed they went- the-extra-mile and got me the form. That's what I call service! And as an added bonus, after sending your package you can grab a glass of wine or 6 from the cafe next door. Cheers !

I was so pleased when new owners took over and left a great review....which I'll be retracting after the service I experienced today. I waited15 minutes to be served, which, to be fair I could see the woman behind the counter was overwhelmed so waited to get my parcel sent. I watched as she spent time chatting with clients, excellent, however several customers felt differently and walked out.when it came to my turn, and I asked for help resealing the parcel Belfast royal mail had opened due to my parcel not having a return address on( I wasn't asked for it), I was told the queue was too big and she wouldn't . Not a problem she'll have to concern herself with again, I'll go elsewhere for good service, as I didn't get it last time, or this. Sorry, this is shoddy at best. I won't return and I'll go elsewhere.
