        We recently moved to South Norfolk DC area, and the BT broadband speed offered was so bad I looked at the wireless options. We've had the InTouchSystems wireless in place for a month now, and it has way exceeded expectations. The installation process was swift and very professional, the receiving dish almost imperceptible. After reading reviews about variability and drop-off I was amazed to find that we are consistently receiving the advertised 30Mb/s. Maybe we are lucky with line of sight or something, but this is really good, way better than the BT service at our previous home. And at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

        Excellent service from start to finish. Installation completed within a week of placing the order. Currently receiving 10mbps on an 8mbps package. Speeds do drop on some occasions but much better than BT/Plusnet etc.

        Hopelessly disorganised sadly, with contradictory information given by their team throughout. Really disappointing as on paper their offer looks sound.
