Offices are very well cared for. Reception very efficient and helpful. If you are looking for a small office to rent I would recommend the Ark.

My partner works there, very busy university, buzzing with students.

Nice area for children to play. Would be nice to have seating there also.

It's a car park... But, its well kept, relatively cheap compared to some, easy to use with easy access to the Loughborough center.

Who carries change anymore? 20p a go. Tut tut. Get contactless already. I'm guess these toilets are nice, didn't get chance to go! Grr
