I was put forward to let's talk wellbeing a couple of years back, after stuff from depression and anxiety for a few years. I had to fill a form out and received a call about a week later, where I was assessed over the phone. My results were then looked at and a suitable course of counselling was arranged. My counsellor was absolutely brilliant. I went to see her at John Storer House every Wednesday for the next few months. It was so nice to talk to someone outside of my circle of peers, that was just there to listen. Thank you let's talk for helping me get back to some kind of normal.

Have a major phobia of phones yet would only offer help through phone calls, they never followed up on anything they said

Really awful. In a terrible place mentally. So was referred in Aug 2019. Still waiting, when I can get through at all I'm told I'm on a list. I wonder just how serious it has to be to get help.
