        Rude staff who don't seem to want you in the shop. No attempt to engage or be pleasant. I went in there a few years ago and was treated the same. I saw a dress in the window in the sale I really liked the cut and took a deep breath and went in. I asked what size it was to be told '10, we only put 10s in the window. I made a joke about being bigger than a 10 only to be treated to frosty silence. What a joyful experience, never to be repeated. Not sure why it needs to be so snooty. I would buy clothes from there at sales and other times but I'm not going to put myself through that again.
