        I used to volunteer here.worst mistake of my life they treat u like dirt and dont give u anything to do and make u stand a long time waiting before they find something for u to do.Worst place to volunteer at.some of the household stuff are broken and scratched or even damaged and they sell them at a very high price and their clothes are torn to the point you cant even wear it and they are very expensive ladies and mens section.they also put clothes on the wrong size hangers and no one is on till sometimes and have to wait aswell for somebody to come over.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

        Extremely overpriced. Some of the stuff you can buy cheaper new! Most expensive charity shop in Loughborough. Staff are pleasant though.

        Usually very satisfied here. The prices of books seem too high though. Especially when John Storer House get by selling their donated books for only 20p.
