Used this place for over 25 years but its gone massively down hill over the past few weeks. So much so that I wont be using it again.

Sent a email to customer service,,,never even had a reply, very disappointed,,there is no manners,poor cakes ,, but even more worse is the lack of communication.

35 minute wait for a diet coke to be brought to the table. Nice to know nothing has changed since pre-covid times.
