Nice little shop. The cheese is quite good. Prices are reasonable.

Appalling customer experience. I first sent an enquiry on the 29th November wondering when the best time would be to order a cheese gift for christmas. I heard nothing back. Still, I persevered as I liked the look of the company and made an order on the 8th December. I then received a notification on the 12th December, from the delivery company, that it is on its way. That is where unfortunately this story ends as I have never received the product and now it is the 23rd December. I contacted the delivery company on their phone number - which just went to a machine loop. I then rang Mouse House who informed me that I had to pursue this through someones e-mail instead of on the phone. I then received an extremely generic e-mail saying I could either have a refund or wait until the New Year for another order. No apology, no understanding of what had happened, and looking at the reviews it is not the first time this has happened. I even pointed out on one e-mail exchange that I hadn't even been offered an apology, and the following e-mail I still didn't receive one. A very disappointed customer, rubbish experience and I have had to rush out today to get a replacement gift.

I had been bought 7 cheese from Lincolnshire the mouse cheese shop, that all I choose 1 Black coal is my favourite, and other chilli and lime was yummy too, mature green was ok, chives nice and chilli cheese still not bad ,and the other so far not too bad , I will order more coals cheese for next very nice but can get the price cheaper you will get more business.
