Probably the worlds worst town council. A pathetic excuse for local government.

Attended for a badge renewal appointment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Need any help with car problems, be it, mechanical or cosmetic, this is the first place to go.

My little girl loves playgroup at the Wyemead centre. They have friendly staff who plan differ activities each week. Toys are clean and in good condition too

I tried desperately to get through to a human being. NO SUCCESS. The options given did not cover my needs/ enquiry. Totally frustrating.

Rude . Kept interrupting me. Didn't listen. Left me with no help.

I was on hold for 20 mins, my signal wasn't great which I wasn't aware of then my call got terminated, no attempt from them to call me back?

Waste if space. Contacted the environmental health twice regarding a complaint of pollution thay cannot even be bothered to acknowledge the complaint.

this council is very quick to send you payment letters, but doesn't work the same way when something needs to be done - really dissapointing
