        Had a letter just before Christmas stating that I could have the 50 pound owed to me put into my partner's account , and I'm still waiting ,was supposed to take between 7 to 9 days

        Absolute disgraceful service. They are quick enough to rise the council tax each year, but service provided is getting worse and worse.

        Extremely helpful I have no complaints. People should understand that reception can only advise not solve problems.

        Disappointing, they say you just need to ask but no you have to beg, plead and then they do absolutely nothing! They say "If you are hungry go to a food bank!" But how can I pay for fuel when you won't give me the money I am entitled to? You can beg for an advance, but I just want what I am owed! Thank you for... nothing! Goodbye q
