        Automated answer telling you your in a queue and if you dont keep eye on the time the place will of closed and your left listening to the same automated answer making you think your in the queue still

        I rarely come away from this place feeling anything but infuriated. Expect to be met with a sour face and a sarcastic tone when you come here and if you meet one of the very few nice ones then consider yourself lucky.

        The staff here are very helpful, so this review is no reflection on that. This review is about the HORRENDOUS decision to make people queue up to give their name before they can see an advisor. I do not mind giving my name but then to have my name displayed on a 40"+ monitor that is not only displayed for everyone in the room to see but the screen also faces outward to the main street. Please bring back the anonymous number system!
