    Can never get hold of anyone. They should of transferred my pension to my private one in February. Still not done it. Obviously sat in there account taking the interest off it. Useless.

    The staff are lovely. Friendly and helpful. The process for claiming your pension is absolutely rubbish. It is painfully, glacially slow. The Mypension web portal, which you are encouraged to use for information on your account, is shockingly bad. It is rarely updated with information about where you are in the process, constantly showing the statement "with us". You ring for the information instead and while you are waiting you keep getting a recorded message encouraging you to use the Web portal to save time, aaahhhh! Very frustrating. Unnecessarily slow process that has taken me well over two months, the industry standard is 4-5 weeks, and it has still not been resolved. Poor service.
