Lovely gym really friendly and helpful staff.

Great staff and trainers. It's small and only opens evenings and weekends, but I've made a lot of good friends there.

Busy all the time cant do a full session, 3 squat racks and about 5 benches, 1 leg press. All of which are always taken and yet about 100 empty treadmills.
