Hi, my name is Sarah, Im 50 years old, and have had to train to do a bleep test!! (I had already done one and didnt complete it prior to Sams help) I dont normally go to the gym (I often join gyms but dont actually go) I started going and doing a bit but soon realised I couldnt do it on my own, I needed someone who knows what I should be doing to help me. Sam was recommended to me, so I messaged him and had a chat about what my goal was and the time frame of when I needed to achieve it. Now comes the best part.I had 1 month in which to get to my goal!!! So not only did he have to start from scratch with me but he only had 1 month to do it in. Throughout the process he helped me mentally and physically with his positive can do attitude, even when I had serious doubts about my ability to do it he kept me focused and on track, I even lost some weight in the process (even though we didnt focus on weight loss at this time) so the day of the bleep test came and I did it so would like to say a massive thanks to Sam at SportFN For all your help, support and believing in me. Thank you

I chose to train with Sam to shed that last stone of weight after giving birth. I hadnt worked out for a long time so was a little nervous but Sam was so supportive of that and took things at a pace I was comfortable with, whilst knowing my limits to get the best out of me. He was always accommodating for where and when the sessions will be and he mixed the exercises up so that they didnt become repetitive. Sam is also knowledgeable about other things to do with fitness, such as nutrition. And on top of all that, just a lovey genuine guy. I cant recommend Sam enough!

Absolutely love working with Sam, I have seen a huge increase in strength and muscle mass since starting working with him. Hes incredibly knowledgable and always keeps up to date with the latest proven training techniques. Couldnt do it without him, so will be carrying on with him for a long time yet.

I started working with Sam in August 2022, and straight away he was a massive help with both nutrition and exercise. I'm really pleased with the results so it's been hugely worthwhile. Sam takes the time to understand what you want to achieve and also the challenges you face, and is realistic about what's possible with your lifestyle. Some other programmes are "my way or the highway" but Sam is really flexible and finds a way to come up with sustainable approach to health and fitness. I haven't felt like I've needed to make any sacrifices or miss out on anything. He's been a big help for me on nutrition in particular, I find the tracking and feedback really helpful and he offers meal plans that are tailored to what foods you like and how much time you have. Sam is always happy to chat things through or provide support on specific things whenever you need it, he's a reliable, knowledgeable coach and good fun to work with. I'd definitely recommend.
