        Had my first one on one today with Tanya today. Very professional, made me feel welcome. The session itself was well structured and taylored for my needs. It is only used for personal training too which meant it was quiet and didn't have others watching what I was doing which was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend, go train!

        I have my training sessions with Fred's, she has pushed me to push myself, I haven't been going for long but I love going, everything is in keeping with current guidelines. I can't recommend Fred's enough and actually all the PTs that use this area as they are all friendly.
