Kasie is very knowledgeable and always pushes me to achieve more than I ever would have alone or with other trainers. I have had other trainers before and Kasie far exceeds them with his motivation and knowledge. My progress is steady & I have consistently lost inches weekly. My shape and confidence is improving and all without restricting my calories too much. I am enjoying going to the gym and am excited what I can achieve over the next few months & beyond.

Kasie is an awesome trainer. I've been training with him for several months and already seen a huge improvement. I love running, spin and weights anyway but he has helped me to lift more weights, and it has also helped me to improve my running time. I would definitely recommend being trained by him!

Been training with Kasie for almost 2 years and honestly couldnt be without him now, he has boosted my confidence in the gym and shown me exercises I wouldnt normally think to do on my own, always pushes me to reach my goals, the best P.T and friend!

Been training with Kasie for just under 2 years now and in that time I have made phenomenal progress thanks to personalised training and diet plans catered to different stages of my progress. No matter what goal you are trying to achieve Kasie has a huge wealth of knowledge which makes training feel like a breeze. He is always on hand to help you with questions and added help from his Instagram (@kappaphysical) and Facebook pages give regular, concise information about form and nutrition. Couldn't recommend more!

I was searching for a personal trainer near me and found Kasie was based at a gym close by. I reached out with what I was looking for (not just the training in the sessions but someone to keep me accountable each day for nutrition and fitness) and Kasie responded quickly. He suggested meeting for a chat and put my nerves at ease instantly. We've been training for 4 weeks now and I look forward to each session. We always have a chat and a laugh which helps get me through the huffing and puffing. And he celebrates the small wins (like completing an exercise I couldn't previously do) which makes me feel good. We check in on progress each week and I've also reached out at other times when I need extra motivation to get moving. Would recommend reaching out if you want an extra hand in meeting your goals.
