Online they state the Bromley branch is open until 4pm on Saturday so I walked the mile from home and arrive at the branch to find it closed as the sign on the door state ... more

inadequate customer support, no support for business accounts. The branch is empty and unfriendly. I have also tried online assistance but the result is exactly the same.
