        Pretty much every time I come even if theres like 2 people in front of me in the queue. The service is so Slow! There are 3 cashiers desks, but Ive never seen more than 2. And sometimes 1 person even with a massive queue. The customer service is so poor youd think a bank as big as this could afford more staff when they closed the cashiers desks in Beckenham years ago.

        Staff are rude and slow. Always reminds me of that one sloth scene in Zootopia Lines are always long for no reason. Moved my account to Barclays as this is a waste of my time.
