Waited over 30 min to get no help at all very poor customer service. I have phoned a few times only not go get trough to anyone.

I went in to ask a few questions about my new account and to pay some cash in, quick service and both ladies in the branch were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall the experience gave a very positive impression of the bank and of the level of customer service.

The ladies at the bank were all very welcoming and helpful. The bank seemed to have closed my account accidentally but Diane managed to fix it quite quickly and even offered me a cuppa. Thanks again.
